Community & Regular Classes
The Castle hosts a number of long standing yoga, pilates and dance classes that run throughout the week.
We offer special rates for local community, charitable organisations and regular hirers.
We have the following regular classes during the week:-
Liz Van Rossen (Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist)
6.30 – 7.30pm and 7.30 – 8.30pm
Chrissie 4 Yoga
9.30 – 10.30am
