Flexible hours and weekend availability essential.
Duties to include aiding the head chef in day to day running of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, along with the following attributes

Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure

2 years of experience preferable, with a solid understanding of hospitality operations
